Tech Wash

Nikwax Tech Wash is designed for washing all types of technical, membrane clothing and gear, but it can also be used for washing wool. It is a soap-based detergent that does not damage the waterproof coating or membrane. Use Tech Wash instead of regular detergent, which weakens water-repellent properties. Tech Wash extends the lifespan and optimizes the features of garments, such as breathability. It can be used in a washing machine or for hand washing. The product is water-based – eco-friendly, biodegradable, fire-safe, and completely non-toxic.

TX-Direct

Nikwax TX-Direct is intended for reproofing all types of membrane clothing and gear, such as Gore-Tex and Sympatex. TX-Direct restores and maintains water-repellent properties and breathability. Use it after washing garments or gear with Nikwax Tech Wash, approximately every fourth wash. TX-Direct creates a water-repellent layer on the surface of the fabric, which is essential for maintaining breathability in wet conditions. The product is water-based – eco-friendly, biodegradable, fire-safe, and completely non-toxic.
