Руководитель: мера окружности головы чуть выше верхней части ушей и 1 дюйма (2.54 см) выше бровей.

РУКАВ: с вашей руки полностью выпрямлены, измерьте расстояние от центра задней части шеи на позвоночник в кости запястья.

ГРУДЬ: меру под оружие вокруг самой полной части груди.

Не забудьте сохранить ленты уровня по затылку и комфортно потерять.

HIP & сиденья: место, измерительная лента вокруг тела на fullst части нижней бедра, ноги вместе.

Внутренний шов: без обуви; измерения на внутри ног от паха на пол.
