Backcountry Shell Suit
The Backcountry shell suit is built for active snowmobilers and ATV riders who need maximum protection and freedom of movement in demanding conditions, down to -20°C. Its ergonomic design and flexible structure allow unrestricted movement, even with protective gear. The high collar lined with moisture-wicking microfleece adds comfort when riding with a helmet.
Made from durable, abrasion-resistant 2.5-layer HARD-TEX® material, the suit is fully windproof and waterproof. Taped seams and a quick-drying mesh lining keep you dry and comfortable. Reinforcements in the knees, seat, inner seams, and leg cuffs made of Cordura fabric increase durability where it’s needed most.
Adjustable cuffs with inner Lycra sleeves and thumbholes, a two-way adjustable hood, and snow gaiters at the leg openings prevent snow from entering. Waterproof zippered thigh and side pockets, plus a ski pass pocket on the sleeve, add practical storage. The two-way central zipper and drop seat make restroom breaks quick and easy.
Inside, you’ll find a zippered pocket, a mesh pocket, and a headphone port. Reflective details on the front and back increase visibility in low light. D-rings at the waist allow you to attach a safety tether, and a chest loop provides a secure spot for a two-way radio.
