BCA Multi-Use Slope Meter & Scraper

More than just a slope meter—this versatile snow safety tool slips neatly into your pack’s hip-belt pocket and handles multiple jobs in the backcountry. The lower edge matches the radius of a ski pole for quick slope-angle checks with your pole laid on the snow. Alternatively, a liquid-filled tube with an internal metal ball measures slope angle when the tool is held perpendicular to the snow, with a range from 0° to 60°.

Flip it over to use the sharp edges as a scraper on days when wet snow sticks to your skins or ice builds up on your ski or board base. Compact, tough, and always handy.
