Delivery methods and delivery costs
We deliver to: Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Russia. If delivery is not already possible to your country, you can ask for a delivery offer by email [info@drivos.com] or with this form.
Delivery costs are affected by shipping, as well as possible customs costs. The weight of the package to be sent can also affect the delivery costs.

Exchange and return conditions
In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, we offer a 14-day right of withdrawal for unused products purchased from our online store.
The right of withdrawal, return, and exchange applies only to unused and resalable products. Returned items must be in original condition and original packaging, and must not contain animal hair, cosmetic residues, dirt, or other signs of use.

Before returning or exchanging any product, you must notify us by email. Once we have received your notification, we will provide you with return instructions.
Exclusions from the right of return
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Returns
For returned products, we charge a €7 handling and return shipping fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please note that original delivery costs and payment method fees are non-refundable, in accordance with EU regulations.
Exchanges
You may exchange a product once free of charge using our customer return service.
For any additional exchanges, a €15 handling and shipping fee will be charged.
Uncollected shipments
For uncollected or refused shipments, we charge a €25 fee to cover handling and shipping costs.
Cancelling the order
The products have a 14-day return right from the moment of receiving the shipment. The consumer must always and separately notify the seller of the cancellation of the order. You can cancel your order either by calling or using this form.
Business customers are obliged to return and exchange products ordered from the online store at their own expense, delivered to Drivos Oy's place of business (not to be picked up from Matkahuolto or Posti). Transports returned at Drivos Oy's expense will be charged to the customer.
Warranty conditions
We follow the warranty terms and conditions specified by the product manufacturers and importers in the product warranty terms. Before processing the warranty, the consumer must always separately inform the seller about the warranty situation by e-mail or with this form. In the warranty notice, tell us exactly what is wrong with the product/you suspect is wrong and attach pictures of the defect so that we can deal with the matter quickly.
If the warranty processing, as well as the inspection of the product's possible defect, is carried out without reason or on the basis of reasons outside the warranty conditions - in such a situation, the consumer is personally responsible for the costs caused by the warranty processing.
Note!
The category also includes parts that are not legal to use in road traffic. The customer himself is responsible for the suitability of the products he orders for road traffic use in his own vehicle or vehicle class.
