You can pay for your order using the payment methods displayed at the online store checkout. The available payment methods may vary depending, for example, on the value of the order, the delivery country, the device being used and approval by the payment service provider.
The online store’s payment processing service is provided by Viva.com. Payments are processed in a secure payment system, and Drivos Oy does not store customers’ payment card details in its own online store systems.
At checkout, you will always see the payment methods available for the specific order and any payment method-specific charges before confirming the order.
Online banking payments
You can pay for your order through the Finnish online banks displayed at checkout. When you select online banking payment, you will be redirected to your own bank’s service to authenticate yourself and approve the payment.
After the payment, you will be redirected back to the Drivos online store. Please wait until you are returned to the online store after completing the payment so that your order is confirmed correctly.
Payment cards
You can pay using the most common debit and credit cards displayed at checkout, such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
The card payment may be verified as required by the card issuer, for example through 3D Secure authentication or strong authentication provided by your bank.
MobilePay, Apple Pay and Google Pay
MobilePay, Apple Pay and Google Pay may be available at checkout. Whether a payment method is displayed depends, among other things, on the device and browser you are using, your location and whether you have activated the relevant service.
The payment is approved in the selected service’s application or on the device using a payment card or bank account linked to the service. The terms and conditions of the relevant service provider also apply to the payment method.
Klarna
Payment methods provided by Klarna, such as pay now, invoice or instalment payment, may be available at checkout. The options offered to the customer are determined based on Klarna’s terms and conditions, the order details and Klarna’s approval.
Klarna is responsible for credit decisions, invoicing, payment schedules, interest, possible fees and payment monitoring related to the invoice and instalment payment services it provides.

Cash on delivery
An order paid by cash on delivery is paid at a Posti service point when the shipment is collected. The additional cash-on-delivery fee is €9.90.
Cash on delivery is displayed at checkout only when it is available for the selected order and delivery method.
Payment failure
If the payment process is interrupted or the payment fails, first check with your bank or payment service provider whether the payment has been charged. Do not place a new order if you are unsure about the status of the first order.
You can contact our customer service if necessary. Please include the order number or the email address used for the payment in your message.
Payment refunds
Refunds are primarily returned to the same payment method that was used to pay for the order. The time it takes for the refund to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the processing time of the bank or payment service provider.
