Cancelling Your Order

You have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the product. If the last day of this period falls on a weekend or public holiday, the period is extended to the next business day.

Cancellation is done using the form below. Fill in the form and submit it — you will receive an automatic confirmation email as proof of cancellation. You can also notify us of your cancellation by phone or email.

If you have already received the product, please see the return instructions in our exchange and return policy. The returned product must be unused and in resalable condition, in its original packaging. A return fee of €3.90 will be deducted from your refund.

Please note! Electrical components, CDI units, ignition parts, and other installable spare parts: if the product has been installed, connected, or programmed in a way that means its condition can no longer be verified for resale, we may deduct a reduction in value from your refund — in practice, this may mean that no refund can be issued at all.

We will refund the amount paid to your original payment method no later than within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice.
