Delivery Policy

Delivery Methods and Costs

We will deliver your order using the delivery method selected when placing the order. Delivery charges include postage and packaging costs. The amount of the delivery charge depends on the total value of the shopping cart and the selected delivery method. Delivery charges are added automatically to the total amount of the order.

We offer free delivery on orders over €150. Free delivery does not apply to large or heavy products that are delivered by freight.

Delivery Time

Our usual delivery time is 2–10 business days, depending on whether the product is available in our own warehouse or in the warehouse of our importer or wholesaler.

Please note that the order date and the dispatch date are not the same. The delivery time stated by the carrier begins once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

If you need a product urgently, please confirm its availability and estimated delivery time by telephone, email or by contacting us using this form.

Delivery to a Collection Point

Your order will be delivered to the Posti or Matkahuolto collection point or parcel locker selected by you. The order is usually available for collection approximately 1–2 business days after it has been dispatched.

The carrier will notify you when the shipment is ready for collection. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the telephone number and email address provided with the order are correct.

Home Delivery

The order will be delivered directly to the customer’s address through Posti or Matkahuolto, usually within approximately 1–3 business days after the order has been dispatched.

The carrier will agree on the delivery time with the customer or provide more detailed information about the delivery time in accordance with its own procedures.

Collection from Our Joensuu Warehouse

You may also collect your order directly from our warehouse in Joensuu. The order can be collected once all products included in the order are available. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection.

The order must be collected within seven days of the collection notification. If the order is not collected within this period, it will be cancelled automatically. We will charge a fee of €25 for handling and delivery costs incurred in connection with an uncollected order.

If you require a longer collection period, please contact our customer service. Orders may be collected on weekdays between 10:00 and 14:00 or at another time by prior agreement.

Large and Heavy Products

Large and heavy products may be delivered by freight. Delivery charges for these products are determined based on the size and weight of the product, the delivery method and the delivery address.

The delivery time for products transported by freight may differ from the delivery time for standard parcels. A more precise delivery time and any additional costs will be stated when placing the order or communicated separately before delivery.

Pre-Order Products

Pre-order products are products from upcoming collections. They will be dispatched to customers who have placed a pre-order as soon as possible after they arrive at our warehouse.

The delivery times stated for pre-order products are estimates, and an exact delivery date cannot always be confirmed in advance. Some pre-order products or product variants may not ultimately become available for sale.

If a pre-ordered product cannot be delivered, we will contact the customer directly and agree on a possible replacement product or a refund for the order.

A consumer may cancel a pre-order before the product has been dispatched by notifying Drivos Oy.

Delivery Delays

If the delivery of an order is materially delayed beyond the stated delivery time, we will aim to notify the customer as soon as possible.

Drivos Oy is not liable for delays caused by the carrier where such delays are beyond our reasonable control. This does not restrict any statutory rights granted to consumers.
