For this version KLIM added a custom-developed Michelin® rubber outsole for grip and durability, plus stronger BOA® dials and a molded tongue that improve closure force and spread lace force evenly across the foot. The result is noticeably more support and comfort on the running boards.

The dual-zone BOA® lacing system lets you tune the fit of the forefoot and ankle separately, and you can do it in seconds with gloves on. The open lacing system sheds ice and debris instead of packing up, and the breakaway dial failsafe is designed to prevent breakage if the dial takes a hit. Every BOA® dial and lace is covered by a warranty guarantee.

Underneath, a GORE-TEX membrane keeps your feet dry and protects the 3M™ Thinsulate™ insulation from water, so the boot keeps its warmth even after a long day in deep snow. A leather upper with reinforced rubber toe and heel handles the abuse, while the removable moisture-wicking Ortholite® insole, breathable liner and durable midsole keep the boot comfortable when you are off the sled.
