Akrapovic Optional Header (SS) Honda XL750 Transalp 2025

The Optional Header (SS) is targeted at owners looking for increased performance and weight reduction from motorcycles already equipped with an Akrapovic Slip-On Line (Titanium) exhaust. It is constructed from high-grade stainless steel and provides a 53.5% (1.8 kg) weight saving in comparison to the standard stock header. Developed with larger diameter tubes to allow improved gas flow with less restriction, the catalytic converter of the stock header is removed to add to the flow.When fitted with the Slip-On Line (Titanium), power is increased by 1.6 kW (2.2 hp) at 9,500 rpm, with a torque increase of 3.5 Nm at 6,700 rpm when compared to a Honda XL750 Transalp equipped with the standard stock exhaust system and tested on the Akrapovic in-house dyno. Producing a deep, racing sound fully encompassing the twin-cylinder engine, the Optional Header (SS) is an easy plug-and-play installation, with remapping recommended, but not mandatory.
