509 Evolve 2.0 Bib Shell is a non-insulated backcountry bib built from flexible 5FLEX material with 10K/10K waterproof and breathable performance. Fully taped and reinforced seams, PFAS-free C0 DWR and YKK® AquaGuard® zippers help protect against snow and moisture.
The seat combines Airmesh lining with 300 gsm Aurora waffle fleece for local warmth and moisture management. Reinforced knees, lower hems and thermal-impact knee pads add protection in demanding riding.
